From a very young age we have become better or successful at something through simple practise. Remember the first time you tried to ride a bicycle? Could you ride it first time with no help or support? No, of course you couldn’t. You practised and practised and you got better and better. Remember the first time you delivered a presentation? How did that go? How many have you done since? Are they getting better? It’s simple practise.
Look at people who we consider to be successful, very successful whether that is in business, sport, personal life, the arts, or any other discipline. They all tell stories of how much they have practised and continue to practise, often from a very young age.
